Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to make a positive impact on buyers before they enter your home. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their first thoughts about your home and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this helps us to decide what actions we can take to attract buyers from the street and into your home. If your home isn't pretty on the outside with refreshed paint and colorful greenery it's time to get those things done. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your house's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Does your home seem to say, "Hello From Your New Welcome Home" to a buyer? Touring your home with a buyer's eye, I'll advise you of adjustments that enhance sales appeal.
I'll help you eliminate things that give the impression of clutter. Table and counter tops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, sentimental items, family photos, and play time artwork should get moved out of sight. I can help you de-clutter your house. Unattractive or dirty areas make your home seem less spacious and buyers have a more difficult time picturing themselves living there.
I'll look over every room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need new paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that could use brightening, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
I'll ensure your home has mass appeal and that it's friendly, staying away from "loud" or "personalized" colors on the walls and furniture. And if none of your belongings are there, you can think about borrowing furnishings. You want your house to look ready to live in as opposed to empty.

Setting the Stage
In every opportunity, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses.
Brightening up your interior is of major importance, so we'll do things like open curtains and create light where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and make sure a delightful fragrance flows from every room. We'll incorporate cozy-looking bedspreads, and place pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
